Mother’s Day is just around the corner and Unsure what to get for your mum this coming Mother’s Day? Don’t fret! Today’s blogpost will be a bit different from our usual one – we will be sharing a simple DIY gift for you to create.
Materials needed:
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Frame – I used an IKEA 40cm x 50cm frame for this DIY.
- A Vanguard Sheet – The vanguard sheet size will depend on frame size you are using, so cut measure and cut accordingly.
- Photos – I used about 18 small squares prints – I added a quote into the images as well. Tip: I used the same filter for all the photos so that it has a consistent tone throughout the photos.
- Glue tape
First, draw a heart shape on the vanguard sheet and layout your photos inside the heart shape. Once you are satisfied, you can glue it onto the vanguard sheet.
Grab your frame and frame it up!
And that’s it! A super simple and sweet DIY gift for your beloved Mother this Mother’s Day! I was amazed by this idea when I first saw it on Pinterest and wanted to share it with you guys! It might be a simple gift, but your mom will love the effort in creating something for her.
