Upscaling a photo print

We always want the best quality for our photo print, be it in a frame, or as photo prints, or as a canvas print.

But we don’t always have the best quality print.

It could be because your photo is from Whatsapp, which compresses your photos. Or it could be your photo is a collage created using a photo app software, which also compresses your photos. Or it could be your photographer or studio did not give you the best quality photo print they have.

How we can help?

We can upscale your picture but there are limitations.

  1. If a picture is very blur to begin with, we cannot upscale it or improve the quality.
  2. If you send a picture that is suitable for print for 2R size, we cannot upscale and print it in 60cm x 90cm.

So we have experience assessing the quality of your photos before printing. Typically our customers look for us to print canvases and are worried about the quality of their file. As canvas prints are more expensive than photo prints of the same size, customers would want to ensure the quality is suitable for printing before they send it to us. What you can do is to email us your picture to [email protected] and we will upscale and assess the suitability.

On your part, try to get the best possible quality and get your pictures from your family or friends via airdrop or file sharing apps that don’t compresses the pictures.
