How do I account for the folds around the edge of your canvas bars?
Our photo canvas bars come in 2 thicknesses: 2cm thick and 3.5cm thick. So for image or gallery wrapped canvases, please ensure that you have some allowances around the edges of your photo for the wrap. Frame your picture such that the edges of the photo is free of your subjects' head, hands, feet, etc. Our online portal also allows you to visualize the parts of the image that gets wrapped around the canvas bar, so you can adjust and get your perfect canvas print.

How should I prepare my image for printing?
Preparing your image for printing is key to ensuring stunning results! Here’s what you need to know: 1. Resolution: Aim for at least 1500 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures your print will be crisp and clear. If your image is lower resolution, it may appear pixelated when enlarged—nobody wants that! 2. File Format: We recommend using JPEG or TIFF formats. JPEGs are great for photos and have a smaller file size, while TIFFs provide higher quality and are perfect for images with lots of detail. If you’re working with graphics or text, TIFF is usually the way to go. 3. Color Mode: Use RGB color mode for digital images, as this is optimal for printing. If you’re working with Photoshop or similar software, you can easily check and convert your color mode in the settings. 4. Cropping and Borders: If you have a specific crop or want to add a border, let us know! We can help with adjustments to make sure your final print looks exactly how you envision it. Adding a white or colored border can enhance the overall presentation, giving it a more polished look. 5. File Size: Make sure your file isn’t too small or compressed. Larger files retain more detail. If you're unsure about the size, feel free to send it our way, and we’ll give you feedback on whether it’s suitable for printing. 6. Color Adjustments: If you want to tweak colors, brightness, or contrast, it’s a good idea to do this before submitting your image. While we can make adjustments, having a clear idea of what you want helps us get it right the first time. 7. Final Review: Before submitting, take one last look at your image. Is it exactly what you want? If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you create something beautiful! Your masterpiece is just a few clicks away!

We use canvas framing tape as a final protection on the back of the canvas prints, so as to seal the canvas to the frame properly. The hanging solution consists of key hole screws and a hanging wire.
