Delivery:

1) Photos and photo products will arrive (or ready for collection) between the stipulated number of working days selected upon checkout. Working days excludes weekends and public holidays, and eves of festive public holidays.

2) The number or working days excludes the day that the order is made. Orders made from 12 midnight onwards are considered to have been made on the next day.

3) Changes in delivery or collection option (from delivery to collection, vice-versa, and expediting to faster delivery option) may incur additional administrative charges on top of the additional delivery and/or expediting charge. No refunds will be given for changing to a cheaper delivery/collection option. Such changes may result in delays and the lead time is counted from the date that the change is confirmed and paid for, and not the date that the order was initially made on.


Product and Orders:

1) Orders made are not refundable once processed.

2) Orders which are made but not yet processed can only be refunded as stored credits.

3) For any defects and damage, please email us ([email protected]) within 30 days of the purchase for a reprint or exchange, along with the order number and photos of the defect. If a replacement is not suitable or possible, we will refund the purchase amount to you in credits instead.

4) We support copyright and intellectual properties, so please print only images belonging to you or that you have the rights to reproduce in print form. We are not liable for any infringement of these copyrights, nor do we claim ownership to the content you sent to us for printing.

5) We will not print any images deemed as pornographic or violent in nature. 

6) We are not responsible for any typographical, cropping, and design errors, and will print the images as received.

7) All photo sizes, borders and cropping will be accurate based on the preview with a maximum of 1-2mm error margin.
