When can I receive my order?

Can the GIF effect be from left to right?
The direction of the movement of our GIF prints are from left to right, as due to size, the left-to-right movement is not pronounced and does not bring out the images as beautifully as the up-down movement. For our 4R prints, you can choose either Landscape or Portrait orientation, with up-to-down movement.
Is there anything to take note for the photos to use for this?
For best results, we recommend images with max 2 or 3 people only. For scenic shots, the main subject should not be too small. Of course, if you have good lighting and a clear photo on top of that, you'll be sure to have a great result! The difference in the photos chosen eg. coloured background vs white background does not matter too much.
Can I use a Landscape photo for my GIF Polaroid?
Our GIF Polaroids were designed for portrait shots only. As such, we don't recommend a Landscape photo for this as you might cut out key element's in the picture.
Are the GIF Prints made by a machine?
The GIF prints are lovingly handmade by our crafters so please expect small imperfections that make us beautifully human.
Can lenticular lenses be framed.
Yes, they can be framed! Ensure the frame has enough space to accommodate the lens without causing distortion. Avoid pressing the print against the glass to prevent damage to the lenticular effect.
Can you do credit card sized gif
Sure our GIF prints come in 2 sizes - 4R (4 x 6 inches) and Small Vintage size (2 x 3.5 inches). You can opt for our small vintage size.
What is the thickness of your gif prints?
The thickness of our GIF prints is around 4mm.
Can I do away with the white borders?
Yes you can remove the white borders from the gif print, but do write in to us at [email protected] as this will be a custom order.
